Embracing 2008-The year of pursuit of mutual benefits

Each year, SINOBAL adopts an annual theme which reflects it's progressing relationship with its clients: 2006-"The year of smiling service";2007-"The year of innovative service";2008-"The year of pursuit of mutual benefits".

As an international business service organization, SINOBAL firmly believes that "We can only satisfy our clients by helping them to gain more market share. Therefore, "creating value for enterprises; assisting them to explore markets worldwide; and introduce their products to international markets and make them prosper in international markets" are the guiding ideology and service theory to the four main business divisions in SINOBAL: Business Consulting ; Exhibition Booth Structuring; Exhibitions; Trading.

Business Consulting

In November 2007, Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH appointed SINOBAL as the only representative in China to promote a "one stop" REACH registration service to assist Chinese enterprises to achieve the criteria of REACH regulation with the professional consulting service by Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH, which gave the perfect ending to SINOBAL's consultancy division in 2007 and a promising start to 2008.

Exhibition Stand Construction

2007 is the third year for the operation of SINOBAL's Exhibition Stand Construction division. We were delighted to discover that more and more Chinese enterprises have started to pay attention on Brand building and marketing. Not being content with standard 9m2 booths; they instead chose bigger individually designed stands with a prime location at the front of the exhibition hall.

Over the past few years, not many Chinese enterprises were choosing to use individually designed stands. Through communicating with these enterprises, we learned that most of them more did not in fact object in principle to create their own individually designed stand.

Exhibition

In 2007, the change of the export tax rebate policy, the act of REACH regulation, the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) issue, the appreciation of RMB, etc caused a big worry for Chinese exporters. SINOBAL exerted all its powers to help ease those awkward situations for our clientele. We also faced the same more ever-changing international markets conditions as all Chinese exporting enterprises did .

Trading

In 2007, based on many years experience in the international exhibition business, SINOBAL started a new business division in international trading, decidedly to provide effective more solutions for enterprises which faced difficulties in exporting .

About China: From Foreign Employee's Overview

Monika, internship in Sinobal China office during the last four months 2007, talked about her feeling of working in China.
China is very attractive and still not explored market with unlimited potential, slowly opening to foreign businesses and driving strong competition on the global scale thanks to price competitiveness. Statistics refer to enormous growth in trade and predicting the country take a lead as economic superpower in couple of years. The question how it works in reality, in every day life still remains a secret. It was curiosity to understand the business culture and opportunities in China that made me take a professional experience in Chinese company. Four months working for SINOBAL, trading and consulting company with offices in Hangzhou, Dubai, Frankfurt and Vancouver, were enriching and challenging. I was the first and the only foreign employee in the head quarter with no knowledge of Mandarin language. The fact that the company decided to explore internationalism was only one aspect of entrepreneurial approach that very well describes the businesses environment. Chinese people see opportunities and are able to turn them into profitable business in very short time. It is simple and proactive more approach focused on results not necessary backup with long term strategic plan. It works.

Should China develop Small Cities and Towns?

The policy of "developing small cities and towns" came about through a process of compromise and reconciliation among different opinions. This process has demonstrated that independent innovation in policy making amongst Chinese academia is a long- term and complex task. China's concept of "urbanization", as defined according to the western experiences of modernization, is no different with regard to the urban- rural population ration. China has made its own choice in realizing urbanization according to its national conditions. Specifically, China aims to develop small cities and towns as its own way of addressing the "Three Rural Problems" (agriculture, the countryside and farmers) and averting the emergence of slums more and social imbalances that have been witnessed in other developing countries during the urbanization process.
